Refund & Return Policy
We operate with a strict quality control and transparent policy to protect both collectors and the integrity of every product we offer.
1. Proof Requirement (MANDATORY)
Customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) when opening the package.
This video serves as the only valid proof to verify:
- Product condition upon arrival
- Shipping damage or packing errors
⚠ Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to process any claims.
2. Sealed Products
Returns for sealed products are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
- Product remains factory-sealed and unopened
- Item is in resellable condition
- Request submitted within 48 hours after delivery
- Approved by our team
If approved:
- Refund covers product price only
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
3. Single Card Policy
Due to the subjective and volatile nature of the market:
- Returns are not accepted based on condition preference
- No guarantee on grading results (centering, whitening, etc.)
Exceptions apply if:
- Item differs from description
- Wrong item was sent
- Item is damaged during shipping (with valid proof)
Possible resolutions:
- Replacement (if available)
- Partial refund
- Full refund
4. Errors from Our Side
If the issue is caused by us (wrong item, confirmed damage before delivery):
- We cover full return shipping cost
- Full refund including original shipping fee

5. Non-Eligible Claims
We reserve the right to reject claims if:
- Product has been opened or used
- No valid unboxing video is provided
- Damage occurs after delivery
- Request exceeds the allowed timeframe
6. Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipment status is marked as "Delivered", responsibility is transferred to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Missing packages after delivery confirmation
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refused shipments
For high-value items, shipping insurance is highly recommended.
7. Counterfeit Guarantee
All products sold are guaranteed 100% authentic.
If a product is proven to be counterfeit:
- Full refund will be issued after verification
8. Final Decision
All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ONE FOR ALL HOBBY STORE.
